“We are not up to the task”, declared Thursday, October 19, La France insoumise MP Clémentine Autain, guest of France Bleu Limousin. The elected representative of Seine-Saint-Denis is sorry for “pathetic spectacle” given by the left alliance. MP Insoumise harshly judges her party’s positions on Hamas. Like the LFI deputy for the Somme François Ruffin, Clémentine Autain distanced herself from the refusal of Jean-Luc Mélenchon and his circle to designate the Palestinian Islamist movement as “terrorist”.
Clémentine Autain deplores the invectives indulged in by the elected representatives of the left-wing coalition. “I think of all our activists who were nourished by hope with the creation of Nupes who see insults flying every day, people talking to each other in a totally inappropriate way, lying about each other’s positions, distorting them. All of this is not up to date at all.”she said.
“I see that there is a global problem at Nupes and that it is in the process of imploding.”

The deputy La France insoumise still calls for the union of “the left and environmentalists” facing the extreme right. “There is a race against time that is being played out against the extreme right and our responsibility is to be up to the task and we spend our time looking at each other and insulting each other.”
