New York Yankees fans are known for being tough on the team’s players and staff, and they demonstrated that during a game at Yankee Stadium Friday night against the Arizona Diamondbacks.
At the end of a difficult season, some fans who were frustrated with their team’s performance chanted a chant toward Yankees general manager Brian Cashman, like “fire Cashman.”

The star player of the New York team Aaron Judge said he understood the discontent of fans.
“The fans are not happy. “There are some who come every night and spend a lot of money to see us win games and this year, that’s not the case,” said Judge, whose words were echoed on the “New York Post”.
Last December, the Bronx Bombers signed a new four-year contract extension with Cashman. He has held this position in the organization since 1998.
New York is on track to miss the playoffs for the first time since the 2016 season despite a 78-76 record. With seven games remaining in the regular schedule, they are six games behind for last place among the teams drafted in the American League.
