watch out for fake derivative products

A few weeks before the Games, Olympic fever is starting to reach shop windows and buyers. Official souvenirs for an exceptional event, but beware of the counterfeits which are starting to flood in. In an official store, the mascot is popular. With 6,000 different official products, tourists, like the French, get caught up in the Games. Sales have doubled every month since January. A party that counterfeiters who rely on counterfeiting would not want to miss.

From now on, not a day goes by without customs officers seizing copies of objects from Paris 2024. In a warehouse, they intercepted 5,000 copies of gadgets which were to be sold in campsites. The Olympic rings are the exclusive property of the Organizing Committee of the Games. This illegal competition can be clever, the copies are very similar and much cheaper. Counterfeits do not meet the same quality and safety requirements.
