He enters the heart of the countryside. Eric Zemmour is the guest of “Elysée 2022”, the major political meeting of France Televisions, Thursday, December 9. The far-right candidate will answer questions from Léa Salamé and Laurent Guimier, from 9:05 pm on France 2. Follow the program, comment and ask your questions to our journalists live on franceinfo.fr.
“Elysée 2022” will be Eric Zemmour’s first major political program, since his declaration of candidacy on video on YouTube and after his first campaign meeting, peppered with violence, in Villepinte (Seine-Saint-Denis).
Eric Zemmour will debate with Bruno Le Maire, the Minister of the Economy. The duel between the former editorialist and the boss of Bercy, pillar of the presidential majority and who claims his stature as a right-wing heir to Gaullism, promises to be a highlight of the show.
The far-right candidate will be questioned on its proposals in matters of immigration, economy, international policy, the environment, but also on the management of the health crisis.
Eric Zemmour comes fourth in voting intentions in the first round of the presidential election, with 14% of the vote, according to the Ipsos-Sopra Steria poll for franceinfo and The Parisian-Today in France published Wednesday.
