“Thank you to the immense player who brought so much to the French team. Thank you to the wonderful footballer, this fantastic left-hander, who made us all dream with his exploits. Thank you to the man, warm, humble, generous, always close to the supporters”reacted Monday September 30 in a press release the president of the FFF, Philippe Diallo, after the announcement of Antoine Griezmann who is retiring from international duty. At 33, the player posted a video announcing the news on social networks.

Finally, the president of the FFF greets “Antoine Griezmann’s unwavering love for the blue jersey”and the “absolute fidelity” of the player for the French team. “Antoine Griezmann is a legend of the French team and of French and world football”, concludes the press release.
