Russian strikes continued to rain down on the beleaguered port city of Mariupol on Saturday. In Mykolaiv, in the southwest, the shooting did not stop overnight from Friday to Saturday, hitting an oncology center and an eye hospital, according to Agence France-Presse.

The Ukrainian authorities reported Saturday the death of seven civilians, including a child, killed the day before by the Russian army, while they tried to evacuate Kyiv by a humanitarian corridor.
