“During the special military operation, 1,351 soldiers were killed and 3,825 wounded,” Deputy Chief of the Army Staff Sergei Roudskoy told a press briefing. In addition, Russia has received 419,736 refugees from Ukraine since the start of the operation, according to Mikhail Mizintsev, director of the Russian National Center for Defense Management.
