A rain of Russian missiles fell on Ukraine on Monday, October 31, targeting energy facilities. The damage was significant in a dozen regions, and power cuts were recorded in a hundred localities. In kyiv (Ukraine), 350,000 homes were deprived of electricity and 80% no longer had drinking water. To get supplies, there are a hundred of them patiently queuing in a park to fill their cans at the fountain.
