(Ottawa) Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly made the announcement on Sunday afternoon. She said Ukrainians need helmets, body armor, gas masks and night vision equipment.

“I want to be clear, we intend to do more,” she said.
A passageway has been negotiated a passageway to their border for this equipment to be transported to the Ukrainian border.
