The Kremlin threatens Ukraine

More than 60,000 tons of grain went up in smoke with consequences that go far beyond Ukraine. “This is going to create a huge food crisis in the world. It’s a barbaric attitude”says Josep Borrell, head of European diplomacy. These attacks come after Moscow suspended the Black Sea agreement which allowed Ukraine to export 33 million tonnes of grain to 45 countries in Europe, Africa and Asia in one year.
