Footage filmed by an Israeli soldier shows Palestinians in their underwear sitting on the ground with their heads bowed in the street in Gaza. According to the Israeli army spokesperson, they were captured or surrendered during fighting. The IDF says it is investigating to determine which ones are Hamas.
