(New York) The New York Stock Exchange opened higher on Thursday, calmed by a new inflation indicator, lower than expected, and which counterbalances the unpleasant surprise of Wednesday, before the start of the results season.
In early trading, the Dow Jones gained 0.16%, the NASDAQ index advanced 0.38% and the broader S&P 500 index gained 0.21%.
