Suspend measures targeting RSA beneficiaries

In their letter, they ask, for example, the Prime Minister to reconsider her intention to tighten the conditions for granting the RSA.

Raising wages, method of governance and the end of work orders
In their letter, the unions are also asking for wage increases. They want, for example, the government to put pressure on companies and professional branches. In particular on those whose social minima remain below the minimum wage. They demand that public aid be conditional on these increases. In other words, if companies pay employees below the minimum wage, they should no longer receive aid, benefit from advantages, such as research tax credits.
But there are also more specific requests. Each organization will meet Élisabeth Borne with its list of demands, depending on its specificity. For example, one of the CFDT’s priorities is the method of governance. Will the government leave more room for the social partners? Otherwise, the dialogue will be complicated, warns the union. The CGT, for its part, defends the indexation of wages to inflation. FO is asking for increases for public officials and a greater increase in the minimum wage.
The executives’ union, the CFE-CGC, is fighting for the abolition of the work orders of 2017, which reduced the number of staff delegates. This point is also widely shared by most power stations. The list of demands is long. Remember, Laurent Berger had warned: after months of conflict against the pension reform, returning to the negotiating table will not be free.
