The Ukrainian flag flies over a liberated Ukrainian city, under the sky of Ukraine”, said the Ukrainian president in a video posted on social networks. In it, we see Ukrainian soldiers marching in this city of 27,000 inhabitants that the Russian army had conquered in early March.

In addition to the conquests announced in the Kharkiv region, the Ukrainian army claims to have taken over territories and localities controlled by Moscow. “Military units penetrated enemy defenses to a depth of 50 kilometers. During the active operations carried out in the direction of Kharkiv, more than twenty localities were liberated”announced at a press conference Oleksi Hromov, a senior official of the Ukrainian general staff.
