Vladimir Putin’s army is in full operation in eastern Ukraine, where the inhabitants are under fire from the Russians. Some villages are completely destroyed near Kharkiv. On Sunday June 2, the Russian Defense Ministry claimed a conquest of a small town in the Donetsk region, in the east of the country. Energy infrastructure is also not spared from Russian strikes. The Dnieper hydroelectric dam, located a few kilometers from Zaporizhia, is in critical condition, according to Ukrainian authorities. Invited to the Security Summit in Singapore, Volodymyr Zelensky singles out China, and therefore Russia, which he accuses of preventing certain countries from participating in the peace summit in Ukraine scheduled for next June. Beijing has in fact indicated that President Xi Jinping will not participate in this peace summit if Russia is not invited.
