(Moscow) Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in North Korea on Wednesday, the Kremlin announced, for an exceptional visit at the end of which a strategic partnership agreement could be signed between Moscow and Pyongyang, of which the West perceives the alliance as a threat.
“Vladimir Putin has landed in the capital of North Korea, Pyongyang,” the Russian presidency said in a message on Telegram. Mr. Putin’s previous official visit to this country dates back to 2000.
