On Tuesday, February 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin blamed the West, accusing it of being Russophobic and responsible for the escalation in Ukraine. His American counterpart, Joe Biden, meanwhile replied that Ukraine would never be a victory for Russia.
After kyiv (Ukraine) on Monday, Joe Biden was welcomed on Tuesday February 21 by the Polish President in Warsaw (Poland), while Vladimir Putin delivered his state of the union speech. A year after the start of the war in Ukraine, the American and Russian presidents find themselves face to face more than ever. “A world ruled by fear”
“Putin thought autocrats like him were tough, and democratic leaders soft. Russia also announced that its country would no longer participate in a 40-year-old disarmament agreement, while continuing to respect the limitation of its nuclear arsenal.
