Viva Panettone has the wind in its sails

The timing is not innocent. Viva panettone, a company created in 2021 by Éric Goeury (Les Co’Pains d’abord) and Anthony Daniele (Le pain dans les voiles), has just opened a pop-up store on Saint-Laurent Boulevard.

This way, gourmets will have time to taste-test the different flavors developed, in order to make the right choice at Christmas!

In addition to whole panettones in various sizes, the shop sells spreads, creminos and other sweet products.

Viva has the wind in its sails, with a new participation in the Panettone World Cup, which will be held in a year in Milan. This is the second time that the company has been selected. The North American playoff finals took place in New York this fall.

In Milan, in 2024, each participant will have to present six panettones weighing between 970 g and 1030 g each, of a traditional Milanese type (with candied fruit). No deviation from tradition will be tolerated!
