In the space of just a few months, Vitaa fans had to take in two big pieces of information about their idol. The first: the announcement of the separation of the duo that she formed for a long time with Slimane on the set of the NRJ Music Awards in November 2021. One good news chased another. A few days later, the singer revealed in a video posted on her Instagram account expecting her third child. At 38, the former sidekick of Diam’s will take time for herself, to pamper her family and welcome this new baby she has dreamed of so much. On the other hand, she is not certain to return one day on stage. In an interview for the Belgian media South InfoVitaa more or less announced want to end her singing career : “My next album will certainly be the last and I’m not saying that to make a comm‘“.
Touched to hear her son say that he has seen his nanny more than his mother, Vitaa admitted to living more and more badly the distance with her husband Hicham and their children Liham and Adam. Words that she confirms by referring to her family life during her interview: “I am a very simple girl. When I’m not working, I stay at home with my children. I don’t hang out at parties, I’m pretty wild. That said, I don’t know until when I will do this job“.
A few weeks before the birth of her third child, Vitaa longs for more tranquility: “I take less pleasure in running around, promoting… I have a family, I’m getting older, and I want to see my children grow up. Maybe I’ll make myself rarer“. Passionate about music, Vitaa may not completely disappear from the radar. Like Patxi, a former Star Academician now an author for Louane, Vitaa could in turn put his pen at the service of others to “keep making music“. A good way to continue living from your passion while staying with your loved ones.
