Thursday September 21, Charles III continued his state visit to France. He notably spoke before Parliament, meeting at the Palais du Luxembourg. In the afternoon, he visited the Notre-Dame de Paris construction site.
It is a historic entry to the applause of parliamentarians, Thursday September 21. King Charles III enters the hemicycle of the Luxembourg Palace. A few minutes more early on, he was welcomed by the President of the Senate, Gérard Larcher, and Yaël Braun-Pivetthe president of the National Assembly. Charles III takes the podium in front of 300 parliamentarians, without losing an ounce of English humor. In around fifteen minutes, the sovereign recalled the highlights of the common history of the two nations. “Together we stand with the Ukrainian people”declared Charles III.
Sport and Notre-Dame de Paris
