Virginie Efira plays Suze Trappet, a hairdresser in her forties, suffering from an autoimmune disease. In this start of the 2022 school year, Virginie Efira is also showing two films: See Paris again by Alice Winocour released on September 7 and Other people’s children by Rebecca Zlotowski which comes out on September 21.
On the private side, Virginie Efira has been in a relationship with the actor of Niels Schneider since 2018. They met on the set of the film An impossible love released the same year. In an interview in the new issue of chat published on August 27, the 45-year-old actress had made astonishing revelations about her romantic relationships: “Until I was 40, I only loved men who had children. I got married at 22 to someone who had three.”
The bond with the children seemed very simple to me and I liked it a lot.
For the record, Virginie Efira gave birth to a daughter Ali born in May 2013 from her relationship with director Mabrouk El Mechri. Previously, her ex-companion Patrick Ridremont, with whom she was married for three years, was already the father of three daughters from a previous relationship. A situation that did not seem to destabilize Virginie Efira, quite the contrary: “A man seemed to me better in his paternity. The bond with children seemed very simple to me and I liked it a lot.
