Founder of the House of the Violet From toulouse, Helene Vie is passionate about violets. Fervent activist of the artisanal violet, she participated in its revalorization to relaunch its production. In the 90s, she opened a barge which houses a museum and a shop on the Canal du Midi.

You can discover and buy there artisanal creations, always composed of violets and embellished with productions of local craftsmen.
