Formerly very in love and very accomplices, Ayem Nour and Vincent Miclet clash today on social networks. It all started on November 15 when the famous billionaire announced on Instagram that his ex-girlfriend kidnapped Ayvin, their six-year-old son. Very quickly, the pretty brunette spoke to explain that she had obtained custody of the little boy and that she had tried to return to France with him, following a stay in Morocco … but that Vincent Miclet had confiscated their son’s passport to prevent them from leaving, he who now lives in Marrakech.
Devastated, Ayem Nour then confided in the ordeal she has been living for years, implied that her ex-companion was violent several times and that she even considered suicide. If each of the parents tries to convince his community with shocking and moving statements, Ayem Nour, tired by months of fierce struggle, recently appealed for help to Emmanuel Macron as well as to the King of Morocco, in order to get out of this chaotic situation.
Ayem Nour broke an agreement with Vincent Miclet
This Tuesday, April 4, 2023, Le Parisien reveals new information about this case which is causing a stir. The newspaper reveals that Ayem Nour had obtained, following a court decision, custody of little Ayvin. Vincent Miclet him, had obtained a right of visit during the holidays and one weekend out of two. A review clause then specified that from the age of six, the little boy had to “spend the summer holidays over a period of one month with his father instead of the maximum 15 days provided until then”.
Very reluctant to face this rebound, Ayem Nour explained to the Parisian having finally made a “deal” with Vincent Miclet, during the summer of 2022. The 35-year-old young woman had thus accepted that their son be educated in Marrakech for a trial. a year and to live by his side: “If all went well, I had accepted that it would continue. But I quickly understood that in reality, he had brought me to his land in Morocco to try to get sole custody,” she said.
Annoyed, Ayem then broke their agreement and decided to return to the south of France with her child: “I showed up at the American school with my official French papers. They then agreed to give me my son back”. Unfortunately, not having Ayvin’s passport in her hands, she was unable to leave the territory. “I went to the consulate and the embassy. But my husband had taken care to call the authorities to prevent them from issuing me a new passport. Also having some parental authority, he played the legal card” she always explains to the Parisian.

Ayem Nour facing Moroccan justice In the columns of Le Parisien, Vincent Miclet also gave his version of the facts, through his lawyer who explained that the famous billionaire has “complete confidence in Moroccan justice and that the facts alleged against the mother of his son are extremely serious, since it is in particular a question of child abduction and refusal of schooling”. He also assures that she is currently “placed under judicial supervision with a ban on leaving Moroccan territory”.
