After a long period during which he developed his acting career in cinema (Terrible Jungle, Parents of students, The Embrace or more recently Blood oranges…), Vincent Dedienne finally returns with a second single on stage. He confided in the pages of the magazine Stubborn.
In his first show, Vincent Dedienne bared himself in every sense of the word! He arrived in the simplest device and confided over time to the public about his adoption, his desire to become an actor and even his homosexuality, his parents discovering her on stage … He has vivid memories of it and reveals that this show – If something happens – was also an opportunity for him to address his ex, the man who had left him. “When I played at the Olympia, he was there. We saw each other again. During my time on stage, he heard what I had to say to him. He understood, I believe, that he had been loved. And not by just anyone. It allowed me to close the door“, says Vincent Dedienne.
Vincent Dedienne, who remains mysterious about his current love life, had a beautiful romance unfortunately of short duration on which he had confided last May to Release. “I was then living the beginning of a great love story, with a boy who had the same job as me, but could not break through“, he explained, to justify their breakup.
Now visibly at ease in his life, Vincent Dedienne is well aware that the way others look at him has changed, just as he loves himself more than before physically. Enough to make the men fall at his feet? “When I first appeared, no one expected this physique, and I understand them. But today I am more comfortable than before, I have progressed, and people see it, they note it. We’re on a ‘he’s not that bad’ that suits me“, he adds.
