Villa Navarre in Pau, chef Stéphane Carrade presents his summer menu and the opening of the starred restaurant

We no longer need to introduce Stéphane Carrade, emblematic starred chef from the South-West. In 2019 he joined the Villa Navarre in Pau, and opened “Le Bistrot Ruffet” there, in which he combines terroir and fine gastronomy. On August 3, the new Brasero & Plancha menu makes its debut, with an open kitchen concept for a pool-relaxation atmosphere.

Opening of the starred restaurant on September 14

The South-West being a land of gastronomy par excellence and Pau a city symbol of its heritage, it is inconceivable for Stéphane Carella not to find a starred restaurant there. He has therefore surrounded himself with the best such as Vincent Mattera or pastry chef Andy Chorda, and is aiming for the star when the new restaurant opens on September 14!
