The cable company Videotron is considered by Quebecers to be the telecommunications company offering the best quality of customer service in the province, according to a Léger survey unveiled Thursday.
“Vidéotron has always placed the customer at the heart of its priorities and all its efforts. Today, it stands out once again within the industry thanks to the excellence of the service it offers. These results are a direct reflection of the talent, commitment and exceptional work of our teams, throughout Quebec,” declared Pierre Karl Péladeau, President and CEO of Quebecor, in a press release.
Note also that Videotron has been voted “the most admired telecommunications company by Quebecers” 17 times since 2006, according to the Léger Reputation study.
The survey was conducted with 1,000 respondents between August 1 and 7, 2023.
