A real ordeal for Fadila, one of the many victims of these “injectors” who, at best, have benefited from a few hours of clandestine training in cosmetic surgery.

They illegally offer hyaluronic acid injections on Instagram at a knockdown price, often without any respect for basic health rules, at home or in apartments rented by the week. A prohibited activity since it is an illegal practice of medicine.

When illegality rhymes with danger…

Everywhere in France, including in small towns, a hundred accounts on Instagram offer young girls with limited means to look like Kim Kardashian or Nabilla. But this race with luscious lips and prominent cheekbones claims new victims every day.

The “Special Envoy” teams have infiltrated an illegal training, but also the apartment of a lucrative business injector. An edifying report that sheds all the light on a danger faced by many young girls and on the lack of means of the health authorities to fight against these gravediggers of beauty.
