Priest Mario Côté gave his life for the Gospel. However, he remains critical and regrets the shame and sadness that the Catholic Church has left in its wake through centuries of abuse. For him, it is time for the Church to admit the errors of the past and to mend its relationship with the First Nations of Canada.
