During the broadcast of Stephanie Barrier, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.Damien Dulin, Head of restaurant “Le Côté Saint-Pierre“, has access to the kitchen of the truck. Fully equipped: oven, hotplates, robots, pans, knives, etc. the open kitchen allows Damien Dulin to prepare a meal live in front of you.
The chef’s challenge: compose a meal with 30 euros of products purchased in the market. At the end of this preparation, the people present on the market tasted what the chef had prepared.
