His TikTok videos went viral and Simon’s company didn’t like it… The company ended up giving him an ultimatum: delete his videos or risk being fired. “I had to make a choice between the unknown, but with lots of possibilities, or a company that no longer respected me so… it was pretty easy to see“, he believes. Simon hopes that his experience will allow a debate on the importance of paying decent wages and on the culture of work.
