After serving as the actor’s stunt double on “Fight Club,” “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” or even “Troy”, David Leitch went behind the camera by becoming a director. Of his former profession, he explains: “The bulk of the work, as an understudy, is often to do the choreography and to teach it to the actor”.

In full confinement, Brad Pitt receives the script for the film. He reads it, and “from page 30”, he is won over by comedy. The film features stunts in a comical tone: “Jackie Chan was a big inspiration. The body comedy we wanted to create was like Buster Keaton, Jackie. And Jackie, in this field, he is the master” says the director.
