Julia Roberts and Myha’la Herrold stars in the latest film directed by Sam Esmail, ‘The World After Us’. This thriller revolves around a cyberattack that affects a family and the irruption of two strangers… The two actresses look back on their relationship with social networks. “Social media, when I joined, it was just for me and my friends and I could do whatever I wanted. Today, it has become a free marketing tool. It mixed private and professional life, and it becomes very delicate” says Myha’la Herrold.
“I don’t often check my emails. I’m not good at this sort of thing”
For her part, Julia Roberts confided that she was not very keen on new technologies. “Anyone who tries to get me to respond to an email will tell you, I don’t check my emails often. I’m not good at this sort of thing”. On the other hand, she very frequently uses the Waze application, the merits of which she praises: “Waze is probably my favorite app. It truly is an incredible tool. And it’s much easier than what we call a “Thomas Guide”, which none of you know” says Julia Roberts.
