We are used to talking about school bullying by explaining it by the cruelty of children. But do we wonder about the responsibility of adults? In several recent cases, the parents of victims question the institution, therefore the National Education.
What about teacher training?
“Special Envoy” met Dinah’s family, who died in October 2021. She decided to file a complaint against certain staff of the establishment. Are the teachers trained enough to detect cases of bullying in a class and deal with them? Does the institution react quickly enough? And what to do when it is the referent adult, in this case the teacher, who finds himself accused, and even sentenced?
