The young back from Perpignan achieved an almost flawless footing against Argentina but regrets a match not completely mastered by the Blues.
If, as Melvyn Jaminet says, “not everything was perfect”, he almost was. Author of a seven out of eight in penalties and transformations, the number 15 of the Blues was the great architect of the narrow success of the Blues against the Pumas (29-20).
Designated man of the match after this performance, Jaminet confirmed the promises made during the summer tour in Australia. If he praised the bravery of the Argentines, who “did not let go”, he also welcomed the return of the public to the Stade de France by describing “an incredible feeling”.
