“We heard the cries of people under the rubble, but they said: ‘We don’t have the equipment to do the rescue.'” The first days represent a crucial moment to increase the chances of survival for the victims. The duty spoke with Muzna Dureid who operates from Montreal for the White Helmets in Syria.
