I was tasting this week with great interest the Pinot Noir Bio 2019 ($29.95 – 14977103 – (5) ★★★) from this house, whose range impresses with its quality. This maceration cuvée assumes itself without fail with this addition of bitters which adds to the grain of texture and length. Plan some Lebanese food here to go with it. (5)
