Miskina, poor thing: a season 2 on the way

A year after the launch of the first season on the smile video-on-demand service, Melha Bedia is back. On Instagram, the latter shared a plethora of photos and videos in which we can see the actors of the show. From Shirine Boutella to Xavier Lacaille via Victor Belmondo. The fine team is reunited again… to the delight of series fans.

After revealing previously unseen images of Shirine Boutella, aka Safia, with a round belly, the filmmaker posted a hilarious exchange between Xavier Lacaille and Alison Wheeler online. According to them, the two acolytes are “the funniest in Europe”. “I love them more than my family”, she added before uploading a video of Jean-Paul Belmondo’s grandson speaking Arabic. The opportunity for Melha Bedia to declare her love for her “favorite convert”, in reference to his character’s conversion that occurred in the first season. And to conclude: “May Allah guide you out of fiction”. A particularly moving moment which testifies to the warm atmosphere which reigns on the set of Miskina.
