On Friday June 23, 2023, Geoffroy Lejeune was appointed editorial director of the Sunday newspaper, a promotion that obviously did not please everyone. Among the offended: Pascale Clark. Visibly outraged by the journalist’s appointment, the radio woman took to her social networks to cry foul. On her Twitter account, the latter notably relayed an article from the World while pinning his counterpart who would not be “not only close to Marion Maréchal Le Pen and Zemmour”but “also very friendly with Gaspard Proust and Vianney”.

Visibly amused by the journalist’s recent attacks on his colleague, but also on the singer, Guy Carlier therefore wanted to comment on her comments on the airwaves of South Radio. This Tuesday, June 27, 2023, he took the microphone in order to ironize the situation and, at the same time, to atomize the artist. “I’m going to tell you about the bashing because the victim of this type of media lynching currently on social networks is someone we didn’t expect to find there as he seemed colorless and tasteless, I’m talking about the singer Vianney”he launched before continuing: “Under the pretext of turning on Geoffroy Lejeune, she (Pascale Clark, editor’s note) recalls that he is not only close to Marion Maréchal Le Pen and Zemmour, but also very good friends with Vianney. Oh the cow, Vianney… We could say the worst about him, he is boring, but there, fascist… Suddenly, the singer felt obliged to justify himself…”

“I meet All-Paris”
As a reminder, the interpreter of I am leaving spoke out about the controversy. “In this job where I meet all of Paris, I have been able to speak with people from all walks of life. From Pr Hollande to Pr Sarkozy, via Pr Macron. From Christophe Conte to Geoffroy Lejeune, via Bruce Toussaint “, he listed. And to conclude: “Thank you for not putting me in your salads. I make songs to allow people to forget these subjects which divide and which I have never interfered”.
For his part, Guy Carlier defends Vianney by explaining that he had dinner with Éric Zemmour in 2009. “The whole meal happened with this amused and complicit atmosphere”he assures. “To comfort Vianney, I suggest you listen to an extract from one of his songs. Yes, I know it’s very boring, but it’s because of Pascale Clark. We have to compensate.” The principal concerned will appreciate…
