Vesper’s Nikkei Guacamole

– Pit the avocados.

– In a bowl, mix them with the miso, tofu, lemon, tabasco and honey.

– Finely chop the onion, ginger and coriander.

– Add these chopped ingredients to the mixed preparation and mix gently.

– Taste this guacamole nikkei accompanied by tortillas, the traditional corn chips.

Chef’s tip: If you want to prepare the guacamole in advance, keep a whole avocado pit in the preparation so that it retains its beautiful green color.
