Some stay there all year round, they are called “sedentary”, like the gray heron or the kingfisher. The others are migrants.

From Monday noon to Friday noon you can enjoy a formula at 13.50 euros with starter buffet, dish of the day and dessert buffet.

Hemp is a culture cultivated in Europe since the arrival of the Celts and was for a long time the wealth of the commune of Vergigny.

The GAEC of Val d’Auré in Bouilly

The GAEC of Val d’Auré is part of the “Bienvenue à la Ferme” network. It is a dairy farm with production and sale of Soumaintrain, Saint Florentin, and fromage blanc.
