Vegetable tian in its own juice and rocket pesto

To cook like a chef, here is the list of ingredients for 6 people and the recipe to follow step by step!

– 6 sea bream fillets

– 3 zucchini

– 2 tomatoes

– 2 eggplants

– 2 cloves garlic

– 50 g of parmesan

– sun-dried tomatoes

– olive oil

– salt and pepper

Preparation

Wash and cut the zucchini and aubergine into a brunoise. Slice the tomatoes. In a frying pan, sauté the vegetables then season with olive oil, salt, pepper and crushed wing pod.

Grate the parmesan then, in a measuring cup, put two good handfuls of arugula. Add the parmesan, salt and pepper.

In a circle, place a slice of tomato and the brunoise, then insert a slice of tomato. Repeat the operation and regularly add a few dried tomatoes.

Bake for about 15 minutes.

Dressage

On a large plate, place the tians and surround with a cord of presto. On top, add a handful of lightly seasoned arugula then surround with olive oil and possibly a little balsamic vinegar.
