Saturday, October 8, the government does not call for the rationing of fuel, but some gas stations have chosen to limit refueling to 30 liters or 30 euros so that the maximum number of cars may stock up.

In Cavaillon (Vaucluse), the queue for a service station is endless, but at the pump, only 30 liters of fuel are authorized per vehicle. This is the maximum quantity authorized in all the resorts of Vaucluse. The prefectural decree is displayed at each pump. The measure is rather well accepted by motorists.

In a station of lost (Vaucluse)the pumps stop automatically, once the limit is reached. Filling up with jerry cans, although prohibited, is difficult to control. The Vaucluse is currently the only department to authorize rationing at the pump. A Parisian station has also taken the decision to limit fuel to 30 euros. The government does not wish for the moment to generalize the restrictions of refueling.
