As the presidential elections are fast approaching, the candidates are increasing their television appearances, debates and interviews. In recent weeks, everyone has lent themselves to the game of the show “Au tableau!” which consist of walking past a classroom and answering questions from several children.
The principle of the program is that the candidates sit behind the desk, like a teacher… but it is actually the students who ask the questions. This Sunday March 27, 2022, it was Eric Zemmour, Yannick Jadot, Fabien Roussel and Valérie Pécresse who answered the call to school.
The program broadcast on C8 allowed us to see a Yannick Jadot, candidate for Europe Ecology – The Greens, destabilized by a student who asked him if he ate tomatoes in any season. To which the candidate replied: “Yes, because I have a problem, I love tomatoes” and the student to retort:But suddenly, it’s not very green?“.”No, I agree… but I’m not perfect. Later in the show, Valérie Pécresse was seen tasting several cheeses. She then tried to identify them by their flavor and made a small mistake by identifying two Bries out of three. “Oh damn!” then dropped the politician before quickly recovering with a “pardon” by hiding her mouth behind her hand.
