Francis Blais and his brigade are going for this Festin de l’amour, featuring their specialty, pithiviers, based on scallops from the Magdalen Islands, served with root vegetable gratin. For dessert, chocolate fondant and sweet clover. $140 for two; February 9-10 and 14-15-16 for pick-up or delivery within a 45-kilometer radius.
