Became famous thanks to her role as La Dame du Lac in the television series Kaamelott, the pretty redhead quickly established herself in the world of cinema. According to her, none of the roles she has been able to play are enough “Caesareable”. “I would love to land one, but it does not come up”, she confided recently in the columns of Paris Match. “I just regret a cruel lack of consideration for comedies which, when they are successful, deserve to be saluted”added the star.

Visibly disappointed by the Académie des César, Audrey Fleurot does not feel “no sourness”. “It is much more difficult to make people laugh than to make them cry. But I don’t feel any bitterness. A career is made over time and owes a lot to chance”, she explained. And if the Caesars don’t want her, it doesn’t matter. The actress has no intention of giving up. On the contrary, she knows how to recognize her own talents. “I don’t belong to any particular family, I’ve always sailed everywhere: TV, cinema, theatre. Being classified in the ‘popular actress’ category enchants me because it looks like me. I want to give some time to see if my notoriety can help me launch projects in the cinema”.
