President Joe Biden will announce an embargo on imports of Russian oil into the United States on Tuesday, several American media reported on Tuesday, in response to the invasion of Ukraine.
The head of state is due to speak at 10:45 a.m. ET to “announce actions to sanction Russia for its unjustified and unprovoked war” against Ukraine, the White House said Tuesday.
