(Washington) The Democratic leader of the US Senate announced Friday evening an agreement on the budget a few minutes before the world’s leading economic power slipped into a “shutdown” – the paralysis of its public services.
“We have just reached an agreement to finance the federal state,” declared the elected official from the hemicycle.
