Urbia in Urdax, an address like no other

The chef of the restaurant Urbia Julien Lamothe is expanding his team with the arrival of a new starred chef, Thierry Berger. “Two, we will always be more creative” Julien is happy to introduce us to Thierry, a former colleague of the Hôtel du Palais, the two men are preparing to write the rest of the story of Urbia.
