Vadim’s Mischievous Revelation

At the Massalia residence, Nisma wakes up in Vadim’s (Léo Mazo) room. While he is in the shower, she can’t resist diving into his belongings and stumbles upon an empty cage. Vadim reveals he once had a pet spider.

When Nisma reveals her fear of spiders, Vadim admits it was all a playful ruse. He clarifies that he had to part with the spider because of pet restrictions in the residence. Nisma jumps to the conclusion that it must have been that very spider that bit her while she was sleeping.

During lunchtime, Nisma excitedly shares her little discovery with Apolline (Zoé Laïb), feeling a sense of connection with Vadim through his passion for spiders. It gives her a glimpse into his world.

Meanwhile, Vadim is caught in a web of lies as he searches frantically for his missing spider in his room, finally locating it and returning it to its cage.

Luna’s Struggles in Prison

In the prison’s outdoor yard, Luna approaches her cellmate Chloé, seeking a risky favor: to relay a message to her lawyer during the next visitation. Chloé, however, firmly declines her request.

Frustrated, Luna pushes Chloé against the wall and confronts her: ‘Is this how you repay me after everything I’ve done for you?’ Unfazed, Chloé retorts and walks away, leading to a prison guard stepping in to separate them.

At the police station, Patrick is unexpectedly visited by Maître Bataille (Victoria Grosbois), who expresses her concerns for Luna. She reveals that Luna is currently imprisoned with Cécilia Lopes (Delphine Chanéac), saying, ‘I received a call from her cellmate’s grandmother. Cécilia Lopes is making Luna’s life a nightmare and even threatens her.’

After leaving the police station, Maître Bataille updates Mirta, Luna’s mother, about the dire situation. She proposes transferring Luna to another prison, but warns that it would mean relocating her to Brittany, specifically Rennes. Mirta consents to this plan.

Emma’s Dilemma: Double Life?

As dawn breaks, Thomas (Laurent Kérusoré) is resolute in opposing his cousin Samuel’s (Iñaki Lartigue) decision to place Romy into Marseille’s social services. He firmly refuses to let her be put into a foster home.

Meanwhile, Baptiste and Emma are attempting to rekindle their connection. He apologizes once again, stating, ‘I will do anything to make things right.’ He expresses his readiness to embrace fatherhood, leaving Emma overwhelmed. Conflicted, she knows she does not want to become Romy’s stepmother.

A few hours later, at the Mistral, Baptiste beams with pride as he cares for Romy. Thomas encourages him, saying, ‘It’s wonderful that you’re getting so involved with Romy. Rolland would be proud of you.’ He sees an opportunity and asks Kilian to snap a family photo, which Kilian agrees to, albeit with a hint of jealousy.

Samuel updates Gabriel about Deborah Larcher’s continued disappearance, warning that if her mother isn’t found soon, Romy might face placement. Gabriel grows anxious for Baptiste, who has already formed a bond with Romy.

Back at the Mistral, Gabriel and Thomas delve into the dynamics between Baptiste and Emma. Gabriel defends Emma’s side, while Thomas stands with Baptiste. Tensions rise as Thomas exclaims, ‘You always make excuses for Emma but never for our son.’

Upon returning home, Thomas finds Emma at her computer. Suddenly, she receives a phone call, and Thomas inadvertently listens in through the baby monitor, hearing her say, ‘Things have changed, I can join you.’
