Lucie’s Heartbreaking Discovery

As the sun rises, Léa and Jean-Paul (Stéphane Henon) are enjoying playful moments with their daughter, Aurore. Their peaceful morning is abruptly interrupted when Lucie arrives at their apartment, questioning her dad and stepmother: ‘Why are you both always home? You’re hiding something from me.’

Jean-Paul, caught off guard by her inquiry, must break the devastating news: Léa has been diagnosed with cancer. The reality hits Lucie hard, and with tears welling up in her eyes, she asks her father: ‘Can we lose our mom twice?’ To which Jean-Paul responds: ‘Life can’t be that cruel.’

Thomas Forces Gabriel to Move Out

Meanwhile, at the Mistral office, Thomas (Laurent Kérusoré) confronts his soon-to-be ex-husband, Gabriel, delivering an ultimatum: he must vacate the apartment by tonight. Gabriel is taken aback by Thomas’s harshness, retorting: ‘You’ve really lost it. You’re out of your mind, my poor man.’

On the terrace, Ulysse (Jérémy Charvet) meets with Me Bataille (Victoria Grobois). Despite being rivals, they bond over the stress of Gabriel and Thomas’s divorce, leading to some unexpected flirtation.

Later, Gabriel returns home only to find Thomas tossing his belongings out the window due to his tardiness. Onlookers eagerly collect the fallen clothes from the street, much to Gabriel’s annoyance.

Back at the medical office, Riva is visited by Mirta, who brings him the toolbox from the Massalia residence. What could he possibly need it for? Are Gabriel and Thomas really on the brink of divorce?

Mysterious Disappearance at the Residence

In a desperate act, Yolande throws Madeleine’s ashes at Antoine Lamory. Just then, Samuel (Iñaki Lartigue) and Jennifer (Diane Dassigny) arrive to assist. Antoine is swiftly apprehended, while Barbara (Léa François) is rescued from danger.

Hours later, Barbara finds herself recovering in a hospital bed. Though her condition is stable and the head injury less severe than expected, she remains in a coma, poised to wake up any moment.

Meanwhile, Jennifer and Yolande are called to the police station, where Patrick expresses his belief that Antoine Lamory is innocent of Madeleine’s murder. He also admonishes them for taking justice into their own hands.

In the station’s corridors, Jennifer and Yolande come across Mélusine and Lamory. Patrick informs them that both suspects could soon face charges for Madeleine’s murder. Feeling vindicated, the two women are relieved and proud of their instincts.

Later, Samuel and Jennifer share a lunch at the Mistral restaurant. Samuel expresses his frustration over Jennifer’s secrecy, emphasizing the importance of trust in a relationship. In turn, Jennifer accuses him of lacking solidarity. Will they find a way to mend their rift?

At the hospital, Louis stays close to Barbara’s bedside. As she remains unconscious, he tenderly tells her: ‘I miss you. You’re truly special.’ Suddenly, Barbara stirs, thanking him and inviting him closer for a kiss.

Back at the Massalia residence, Nisma grows increasingly worried about Alix’s unexplained absence. She seeks reassurance from Vadim (Léo Mazo), who dismisses her concerns. But is there truly no cause for alarm?
